Dentsu Creative in Sydney is seeking a senior Group Creative Director (APAC) to elevate creative quality across the APAC region. You will lead multiple teams across markets and disciplines, guiding ideas from concept to system and ensuring cultural relevance across India, Korea, and ANZ.

You will mentor senior talent, set global creative standards, and collaborate with regional client leaders to drive growth through world-class creativity.

Qualificações

• Design-first creative leader with strong background in design, art direction, or conceptual storytelling.
• Proven experience leading global accounts and scaling ideas across regions and cultures.
• Strategic yet hands-on, connecting brand storytelling to performance, platforms and data-led outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional creative vision aligned to global strategy for APAC, especially India and Korea.
• Inspire and mentor regional Creative Directors and senior talent.
• Partner with client leaders as a trusted senior creative voice across markets.
• Oversee creative operations to ensure high standards and efficient delivery across modern content models.
• Drive innovation and creative excellence to fuel client and agency growth.
