Align Technology is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Innovation to join the APAC team. This build-and-execute role requires fintech fluency and the ability to influence without authority, delivering with urgency in a dynamic environment.

Location is APAC-Australia with Sydney as the ANZ base. Expect 30-40% travel and a focus on developing new business models and services for the region.

Formación

• 10+ years of commercial / product management / consulting experience, with fintech focus.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required if experience speaks for itself.
• Experience building or scaling a product, program, or market, not just executing a playbook.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with the commercial team and build trusted relationships.
• Run structured discovery to surface growth blockers.
• Understand and define innovation programs for ANZ.
• Build business cases and evaluate new opportunities for investment.
• Design and run pilots and iterate quickly.
• Execute ideas into live programs across internal and external teams.
• Source and manage third-party partners and negotiate agreements.
• Develop internal materials to enable local teams.
