Job summary

NES Fircroft in Perth is seeking an APAC Development Manager to steer data centre infrastructure development across APAC. You'll evaluate sites, assess grid and utility connections, secure energy supply and manage key stakeholders to shape project viability long before construction begins.

You’ll collaborate with utilities, developers and regulators, drive risk identification and governance, and help determine which opportunities move forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure development or project origination.
• Good understanding of grid, utility, permitting processes.
• Experience engaging with utilities, developers, regulators and infrastructure owners.
• Commercially savvy with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Data centre sector experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC infrastructure development strategies for data centres.
• Evaluate sites, assess grid/utility connections, and secure energy supply.
• Manage key stakeholders and identify project risks early.
• Support decision-making on project progression before construction.
