Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or operations.
• Understanding of international freight movements across air and ocean.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using reporting tools or data analysis systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment management for air and ocean import freight into APAC.
• Manage daily communications with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate shipment issues and manage operational escalations.
• Produce operational reports and shipment updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border logistics processes.
