lululemon in Melbourne is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to lead design and execution of competitive pay and benefits for Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner with HR, finance and payroll to ensure rewards align with business goals and market trends.

The role is based onsite in Melbourne with cross‑functional collaboration across teams. You’ll manage salary structures, incentive plans, vendor relationships and ensure local compliance while delivering meaningful total rewards for

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in human resources or related fields.
• 3–5 years in compensation and benefits analysis, design and administration, AU/NZ focus.
• Knowledge of labour statutory requirements across the region. Experience in Enterprise Agreements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to excel in a cross-functional and remote team environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Market analysis and benchmarking; prepare salary and benefit survey submissions.
• Benefits administration: implement, administer and communicate employee benefit programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with HR partners, finance, payroll; advise business leaders and managers.
• Audit data in HRIS (Workday) and incentive management systems to investigate issues.
• Lead broad compensation and benefits projects as they arise.
