Job summary

IMC is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our global compensation team and lead regional initiatives across APAC. You will design and implement market-competitive programs, drive job architecture and salary structures, and deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure internal equity and regulatory alignment while coordinating with a global rewards function on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Strong expertise in job evaluation, job architecture, and salary structure design and management.
• Experience managing compensation across multiple countries with understanding of regional regulations and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead core workstreams in the annual compensation cycle (salary review, bonus, promotions).
• Own and maintain job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary structures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, recruiters and business leaders, translating data into insights.
