Job summary

PSI is a leading CRO providing global clinical operations support across Asia Pacific. The Lead Monitor will streamline activities, ensure timelines, and coordinate site start-up, monitoring, and audits within country and regional scopes.

The role requires 4+ years in site monitoring with 2+ years as Lead Monitor, English proficiency, and strong leadership in cross-functional teams. This position is based in the APAC region and reports to senior project leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ site monitoring experience and at least 2 years’ experience as Lead Monitor.
Experience supervising clinical project activities and leading clinical project teams.
Full working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Act as project management contact for the project team and PSI support services.
Perform study status review and progress reporting, collect and report project status updates.
Develop and update project planning documents, essential study documents and project manuals/instructions.
Ensure that the project timelines and subject enrollment targets are met.
Oversee site selection and startup, site contractual and budget negotiations.
Supervise project team and site training, perform field training of monitors tailored to project needs.
Oversee investigator and site payments.
Prepare for study audits/inspections and resolve audit findings.
