PSI is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Associate to lead the clinical team and drive trial activities at country or regional level. You will ensure high-quality execution, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating across cross-functional teams with minimal site management and a low-travel model.

Qualifications

• MD, MPharm, RN or life sciences degree required.
• At least 4 years of site monitoring experience on global projects.
• Experience with Phase II/III monitoring visits.
• Oncology or related fields preferable.
• Full English proficiency.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Monitors project timelines, enrollment, data cleaning, and CAPA.
• Reviews monitoring visit reports and ensures reporting compliance.
• Coordinate communications among monitors, project leads, and site management.
• Lead country-level project team calls and provide status updates.
• Provide training and materials for the project team.
• Oversee data integrity and coordination of site audits.
• Support regulatory submissions and ISF/TMF reconciliation.
