Lives Lived Well is seeking a compassionate AOD Support Worker for Chambers Flat, Logan. This part-time ongoing role covers 3:00pm–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, across Logan House Rehabilitation and Logan Family Recovery, helping residents and families on their recovery journey.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide structured programs, wellbeing activities, and supportive care, while maintaining accurate records and fostering a safe environment.

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable AOD Support Worker to join our team in Chambers Flat, providing support across both Logan House Rehabilitation and Logan Family Recovery.
Located on the same site, these services support adults, families and children affected by alcohol and other drug challenges. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured and supportive environment while working across both programs to assist residents and families on their recovery journey.
This permanent part-time position is worked 3:00pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week), with a strong focus on client engagement, wellbeing, evening routines and program support.
