Job summary

Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA) – Shellharbour Village NSW is seeking an AOD Clinician to work from the Shellharbour AOD Hub. You will deliver AOD treatment services and interventions to eligible adult participants.

You will conduct intake and assessment, provide AOD counselling, care and recovery coordination and run group programs, while co-locating within Illawarra and Shoalhaven Local Health Districts and liaising with internal and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in AOD services and counselling.
• Ability to coordinate care and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AOD treatment services including intake, assessment, counselling, care and recovery coordination and group programs.
• Consult and coordinate with internal and external service providers.
• Apply a forensic lens where appropriate for participants involved with the criminal justice system.
