Job summary

Eaton Electrical in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead the ANZ division, overseeing procurement, materials management and fulfilment to meet growth objectives.

You will drive SIOP, optimise inventory, strengthen supplier partnerships and align ANZ activities with APAC SCM aims, delivering efficient end-to-end delivery.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and includes on-site parking, study support and development programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Purchasing or similar; postgrad qualifications are highly regarded.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to conceptualize large projects and anticipate needs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for ANZ Supply Chain aligning with APAC SCM goals.
• Direct end-to-end delivery including procurement, logistics, and fulfilment.
• Drive SIOP processes and optimize inventory levels and costs.
• Manage supplier onboarding, contracts, negotiations and certifications.
• Govern and leverage scale across indirect procurement and trade risk.
• Collaborate with APAC Corporate SCM teams and BU leaders.
