Job summary

Afterpay is seeking a Head of SMB & Franchise Sales for Australia and New Zealand to lead a multi-motion sales engine spanning SMB and Franchise partnerships. You will own forecasting, playbooks, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of scaling high-velocity sales organizations in tech or payments, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading SMB/Franchise sales teams.
• Experience with high-growth tech or payments.
• Proven leadership developing managers.
• Experience scaling sales orgs (BDR/AEs).
• Ability to build scalable playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee A/NZ SMB & Franchise Sales Team across multiple motions.
• Develop playbooks, processes, and tooling.
• Craft segment-wide strategy and OKRs.
• Drive forecasting rigor and pipeline hygiene.
• Represent Afterpay to merchants as thought leader.
