Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment in Sydney is seeking a Sales Planning & Operations Manager for Australia & New Zealand on a one-year fixed term contract. You will partner with ANZ Sales and APAC teams to execute sales strategies and manage product availability, contracts and budgets.

The role demands an undergraduate degree and 6+ years in sales operations, with strong analytics, Excel proficiency and excellent English communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 6+ years in accounting, auditing, information systems, engineering, supply chain, sales operations or business administration or equivalent.
• Experience in sales planning, operations, contract administration or rights management.
• Experience in media/business environment with avails, contracts and rights management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key partner to ANZ Sales and APAC teams to execute sales strategies for ANZ content distribution.
• Develop accurate product windowing, availabilities and strategies to maximize commercial exploitation.
• Coordinate product setup, availability with APAC and LA counterparts.
• Lead sales operations: prepare and review availability lists, review contracts, process amendments and enter data.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Sales and Finance.
• Support end-to-end sales operations and processes, including UAT tests.
