Qualifications

• CA qualified with Big 4 audit background and move to commercial financial control.
• Experience managing global financial operations, multi-country compliance and FX management.
• Proven track record in financial transformation and process automation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence across senior management levels.
• Ability to mentor a growing team and partner with international finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to provide sharp commercial insights that optimise margins.
• Lead accounting, tax, and control activities for the Australian group.
• Manage external audit process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Group Finance team in London for knowledge sharing.
• Own financial execution and ensure process integrity at both strategic and day-to-day levels.
