ANP Sales Manager

As an ANP Sales Manager, you will take ownership for the account and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.

As an ANP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Capturing and reporting Market Intelligence for assigned accounts (s) including Total Available Market (TAM) for all Pts & competitor intelligence.
  • Identifying and tag Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) opportunities specific account(S) opportunities, ensuring their visibility to Global PL HQ and Global OFSE HQ teams.
  • Owning the Single—PL or cross—PC IS and OFSE opportunity pipeline for the specific account(s)
  • Leading business development planning process and account planning, in collaboration with key account or local / region account teams.
  • Overseeing the selling of the full OFSE portfolio, which may include saleable products, services, and Rentals.
  • Developing single—Pl or cross—PL, IS and OFSE sales strategies for the specific account(s); contribute to Cross-PL sales strategies for the specific account(s).
  • Setting the OFSE sales targets for the specific account(S) within the assigned region, ensure proper distribution or own an individual sales target for specified account.
  • Providing pricing recommendations opportunities and contracts or work based on predefined contracts and their price frameworks.
  • Working in close collaboration with Global OFSE Headquarters (HO) and Global PL HQ teams, inclusive of market intelligence, early engagement, sales, technical sales, ODS sales, accounts, and Commercial Hub teams.

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Have 5 years or more experience in sales and account management for oilfield services & equipment industry.
  • Have demonstrated equivalent expertise gained in oilfield services product line or in a professional environment.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate project management skills and be experienced in project leadership.
  • Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
