Join our Enterprise Technology division supporting our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) and Finance People and Engagement (FPE) groups as an Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect. Our vision is to ensure we are utilizing our AI integrated FP&A Technologies to generate, robust balance sheet and P&L forecasts, strategic and operational workforce plans, liquidity and funding forecasts, complex scenario analysis, stress test and enhance collaborative and integrated planning across the Group.

What role will you play?

As a seasoned Anaplan Model Builder/Solution Architect, perhaps even a Master Anaplanner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Anaplan models across Classic and Polaris Engines, along with the associated data pipelines. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams, you will lead requirements workshops, translate complex business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions, and challenge existing processes to ensure the transition to Anaplan drives meaningful and measurable improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to our Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE), helping to establish best practices, drive adoption, and shape the strategic roadmap for Anaplan within Macquarie.

What you offer
  • 5-7+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder/Solution Architect involved in several large-scale Anaplan projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Anaplan best practices and industry trends such as integrating Anaplan with AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex).
  • Knowledge of Anaplan API, data integration techniques, Anaplan Workflow.
  • Proficient in SQL, business process mapping and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and financial services experience.
