Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, seeks an Analytics & Reporting Team Leader to guide three analysts, deliver meaningful financial insights and drive smarter commercial decisions.

You will own day-to-day delivery, improve processes, and partner across the business to enhance reporting, accuracy and usefulness. The role blends leadership with hands-on analysis and opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools.

Qualificações

• Commercial finance or analytics background with leadership experience.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing people.
• Strong financial analysis and judgement with ability to challenge outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving financial reporting, processes or ways of working.
• Strong Excel capability and data system fluency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, curious with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts, driving collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate workflow across the team to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Deliver financial modelling and commercial analysis across practice groups.
• Oversee recurring and ad hoc reporting for matter and practice performance.
• Partner with Commercial Managers and FP&A to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to pricing proposals, realisation and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Legal Project Management for reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting with stronger controls and automation.
