Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant for Advisors & Consulting Services, Performance Analytics. This 12-month fixed-term role is based in Port Moresby, PNG, with travel to client sites as required.

You will design and deliver data-driven analytics, leveraging Mastercard data assets and external data, to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions. You will manage workstreams within a large transformation program, develop analytics strategies, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and provide recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigour.
• Experience with data analytics software and coding languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams in payments/financial services.
• Develop analytics strategies leveraging data and technology.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted partner.
• Create predictive models using segmentation and regression.
• Review analytics outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development.
• Lead team and external meetings; coach junior staff.
