The Business Excellence Analyst will support key areas of the Australasia Division in Mastercard across pricing, interchange, business analytics, regulatory governance and strategic program execution.
Working closely with divisional and regional stakeholders, the individual will contribute to analytical projects, business performance monitoring, regulatory compliance activities and governance processes that support Mastercard's objectives across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
The role provides broad exposure across local, regional and global teams, requiring collaboration with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, as well as regional and global partners.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating across a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from data analysis and performance reporting through to regulatory support, governance activities and strategic initiatives. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are critical, as the role spans a diverse range of business priorities and stakeholder groups.
Success in this role requires an individual who can seamlessly pivot between analytical, strategic, regulatory and governance activities, applying the appropriate lens to support business decision making and programme execution.
