Colliers Brisbane is seeking an Analyst to join our market-leading Residential team. You will support high-profile transactions, market research, and strategic advisory projects across Southeast Queensland.

You'll provide research, analysis, reporting and marketing support to inform major property investment and development decisions, while building relationships with developers, consultants and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property, Commerce, Economics, Town Planning, or related.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments.
• Maintain residential market databases and track industry activity.
• Prepare Information Memorandums, proposals, reports and client presentations.
• Support sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
• Assist with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, valuers and other stakeholders.

Colliers is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our market-leading Residential team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of Queensland's most successful development site specialists, supporting high-profile transactions, market research, and strategic advisory projects across Southeast Queensland.

Working closely with senior agents and clients, you'll provide research, analysis, reporting, and marketing support to help inform major property investment and development decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments.
• Maintaining residential market databases and tracking industry activity.
• Preparing Information Memorandums, proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Supporting sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
• Assisting with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
• Building relationships with developers, consultants, valuers, and other industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

You may have experience in property, valuation, research, development, or agency, or be a recent graduate looking to build a career in the property industry.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Property, Commerce, Economics, Town Planning, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
