This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving best practices, and delivering impactful solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

You'll collaborate with business analysts, developers, and solution architects to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. Your contributions will directly support critical business operations and customer outcomes.

About the Role

As a D365 CE Analyst Engineer, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end solution development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, while also supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the technology stack.

• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions in D365 CE and Power Platform
• Leading secure coding and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring across the development team
• Supporting system maintenance, issue resolution, and incident management
• Driving continuous improvement through Agile delivery and code quality initiatives

About You

You’re a results-driven professional with deep expertise in D365 CE and a strong understanding of modern development practices. You enjoy working collaboratively and are confident in both leading and executing complex technical solutions.
