Profusion Group in Melbourne is seeking an Analyst to join the commercial property finance team. You will work across existing client relationships and new opportunities, structuring and executing complex transactions with exposure to multiple asset classes and the capital stack.

In this hands-on, client-facing role you will build financial models, prepare credit submissions, and support origination through settlement while engaging with clients, lenders and industry participants.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Sound commercial acumen.
• Confidence engaging with clients and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with a focus on delivering outcomes.

Role Overview An opportunity exists for an Analyst to join the Melbourne team, working across existing client relationships and new opportunities.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will help structure and execute complex commercial property finance transactions, with exposure across multiple property asset classes and segments of the capital stack.
