Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is hiring Christmas casuals to deliver a great experience during our peak season. You will join Anaconda, Spotlight and Harris Scarfe teams, providing friendly service and helping customers with gifts and outdoor gear.

Be part of an energetic, supportive team with training provided, and flexible rosters that suit after-school hours, weekends and late-night trade. Opportunities may exist to continue post-Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Helping customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear
• Assisting at the register and ensuring smooth transactions
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting across various departments as needed
