Spotlight Retail Group is seeking enthusiastic Christmas casuals to help deliver a great experience during our busiest time of year at our stores across Australia.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

• Assist at the register and ensure smooth transactions.
• Restock and merchandise to keep the store fresh.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming for shoppers.
• Work with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Support across departments as needed.

• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting across various departments as needed
