Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Funding Business Partner to optimise AN-ACC funding across a portfolio of homes. The role involves auditing care documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing funding support and advice. Regular travel across properties is required.

You will work to ensure compliance with funding rules, maintain AN-ACC assessment schedules, and drive continuous improvement in funding-related processes while supporting Residential Aged Care Managers and Clinical Directors.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Aged Care Sector with nursing practice competence.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing care plans.
• Experience with the AN-ACC tool is highly desirable.
• Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel to our homes regularly.

Responsibilities

• Audit resident care documentation to ensure alignment with AN-ACC requirements and legislation across the portfolio of homes.
• Maintain a schedule of AN-ACC assessments and reassessments.
• Influence key stakeholders by providing sound advice and support to ensure timely and complete care documentation for external AN-ACC assessments.
• Audit documentation to ensure it is up-to-date, complete, and accurately reflects residents’ care needs.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders and AN-ACC assessment organisations.
• Review data and reports to identify opportunities and develop improvement strategies for funding processes.
• Assist Residential Aged Care Managers and Clinical Directors to identify funding risks and implement mitigation strategies.
