Deloitte Melbourne is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Conduct & Compliance team to help build and deliver a risk-based monitoring program with a strong AML/CTF focus. You will scope reviews, perform end-to-end testing, and translate findings into practical remediation with clear evidence and risk-based ratings.

Qualificações

• Experience in compliance monitoring, assurance, internal audit or risk and controls.
• Ability to design and execute reviews with scoping, sampling and reporting.
• Skilled in identifying control design weaknesses and remediation actions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute end-to-end monitoring reviews from scope to reporting.
• Use data analysis to identify exceptions, trends and control gaps.
• Prepare evidence-based findings with cause, risk and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with control owners and stakeholders to agree actions and timelines.
• Coach analysts and contribute to a quality-focused team culture.
