Job summary

Apex Group in Sydney is seeking a Compliance Analyst to develop and implement solutions with the business to improve service quality and client compliance reporting. You will coordinate audits, AML monitoring, and reporting on incidents and breaches to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role involves liaising with the business to update processes, draft training materials for compliance training, and stay current with legislative changes affecting Mainstream operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in funds services industry is required or desirable.
• 1+ years in AML or compliance role with funds knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and AUSTRAC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on incidents, breaches and complaints.
• Prepare compliance letters for clients and complete due diligence questionnaires.
• Support development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal audits and AML monitoring, reporting to management.
• Provide regular compliance reporting and training material for teams.
