Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a casual warehouse role supporting Amazon in their operations. You will be picking, packing or shipping orders across 4 days per week, including one weekend day, with each shift lasting 10 hours.

Starting pay is 32.64 AUD per hour, with penalties for afternoon, early morning or weekend shifts. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and pass background checks and a drug/alcohol screen.

Description

This is a casual role where you will be required to be available across 4 days per week (including 1 day on the weekend). We have day and night shifts available with each shift being 10 hours long.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing of boxes being sent to and from the warehouse
• Stowing received items throughout the facility
• Picking items from the shelves using an RF scanner (training provided)
• Organising and distributing boxes that will be sent to the customer
• Cleaning and organisation of the warehouse environment
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
• Standing and walking for long periods
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight

Profile

Successful applicants will be employed by Adeccoto carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon and will be required to complete background and police check and a functional with drug and alcohol test. You must also have the right to work in Australia.
