Job summary

Chandler Macleod is hiring for a Warehouse Worker to support Amazon Australia at Mulgrave. This casual role involves 4–10 hour shifts across 5–6 days per week, including weekends, with day and night options and weekly hours averaging 15–40. Starting pay is $33.55 per hour, with penalties for certain shifts.

Training is provided and on-site parking is available. Candidates must be able to follow standard processes and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided and ability to follow instructions is essential.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; able to lift and move up to 23 kg.

• Sort and label parcels and boxes.
• Store and stow received items throughout the warehouse.
• Pick parcels from shelves using an RF scanner (training provided).
• Organise and dispatch parcels to customers.
• Keep the site clean and organised; adhere to safety and quality standards.

Warehouse Worker with Amazon

• Work at Amazon Australia’s Delivery Station located in Mulgrave
• Employee parking available onsite
• Training and ongoing support provided
• Flexible work with variable shift length of 4-10 hours
• Night Shift / Early morning starts between 10:30pm through to 10am

Your starting rate of pay is $33.55. You get paid penalties if you work afternoon, early morning or weekend shifts!

About the role

This is a casual role where you will be required to be available across 5 - 6 days per week (including 1 day on the weekend). We have day and night shifts available with each shift being 4-10 hours long and weekly hours averaging between 15 - 40hrs per week. Experience is not required for these positions and full training is provided, however, an ability to follow instructions and standard processes is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sorting & labeling of parcels and boxes being sent to and from the warehouse
• Storing/stowing received parcels and boxes throughout the facility
• Picking parcels and boxes from shelves using an RF scanner (training provided)
• Organising and dispatching parcels and boxes that will be sent to the customer
• Cleaning and organisation of the site environment
• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight

Successful applicants will be employed by Chandler to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon and will be required to complete background and police check and a drug and alcohol test.You must also have the right to work in Australia.
