You will perform high-quality aluminium TIG welding, interpret drawings, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to daily production targets. Certification is preferred but not mandatory; growth and craftsmanship are valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years' proven experience in TIG welding, specifically aluminium.
• Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for welding defects and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminium components with precision and durability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aluminium welding issues including porosity and distortion.
• Work with aluminium alloys while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminium components, ensuring precision and durability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to aluminium welding, including porosity, cracking, and distortion.
• Work with various aluminium alloys while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Consistently achieve daily production targets and quotas while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven 2 year experience in TIG welding, specifically with aluminium.
• Knowledge of aluminium alloys and their welding characteristics.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address welding defects and challenges.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow welding procedures.
• Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory).
