Job summary

Metcash Limited’s Australian Liquor Marketers (ALM) division is seeking an ALM Directs Co-Ordinator to support supplier relationships, product onboarding and trading operations across our wholesale network. This full-time permanent role is based at the Macquarie Park office with a hybrid model offering three days in the office.

You will coordinate critical business processes, engage with suppliers and internal teams, and help drive engagement with ALM Merchandise.

Qualifications

• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Supplier or retailer management experience is preferred but not required.
• Data insights and reporting capability.
• Intermediate MS skills.
• Ability to analyse and provide accurate conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Management of ALM trading terms document processes.
• Onboarding of new suppliers to ALM.
• Lead monthly onboarding seminars for new suppliers.
• Manage new ALM product approvals and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage ongoing support for suppliers including invoicing/ranging queries.
• Represent the ALM business on critical cross-functional projects as required (incl. State container deposit roll outs, Metcash supplier portal).
• Manage Web Portal Advertising schedule and achievement of targeted investment plans (including on-premise portal).

About The Opportunity

Join ALM as an ALM Directs Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting supplier relationships, product onboarding and trading operations across our wholesale network. This full-time permanent position is based at our Macquarie Park office, with a hybrid working model offering three days per week in the office.

Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across merchandise, marketing, finance and operations, you'll coordinate critical business processes, support cross-functional projects and help drive engagement with ALM Merchandise.
