About the Role

As the Reception & Administration Assistant, you’ll be the first friendly face our clients meet. You’ll keep our front desk running smoothly, support our physiotherapists with admin, and help create the positive experience that keeps patients coming back.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greeting clients and managing appointments
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Processing EFTPOS payments and private health claims
  • Supporting physiotherapists with file management and admin tasks
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
  • Assisting with rostering, stock control, and other admin duties as needed
About You
  • Excellent people skills — warm, approachable, and respectful
  • Strong organisation and multitasking ability
  • Previous experience in admin, reception, or customer service (healthcare experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Comfortable with computers and booking systems
  • Able to work independently while being a reliable team player
  • Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive information
