Allied Health Manager role in Williamstown combines leadership with hands-on paediatric clinical work. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and supervise clinicians while maintaining a small caseload to stay connected with families.
Based mainly in Williamstown, the role may require occasional Hawthorn shifts. The package offers up to AUD 120,000 plus super, car allowance, five weeks leave, and a potential 4‑day week with flexible start/end times.
Ready to step into leadership without giving up the clinical work you love?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics to join a highly regarded early intervention provider as their Allied Health Services Manager.
Based primarily in a beautiful Williamstown clinic, you'll combine a small clinical caseload with leadership responsibilities, helping mentor and develop a passionate multidisciplinary team while continuing to make a meaningful impact on children and families.
This clinic has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, family-centred services for children under nine years of age.
Working across modern clinics in Williamstown and Hawthorn, the team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Early Intervention Behaviour Practitioners and dedicated operations staff who manage bookings, scheduling and administration, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical care.
With a growing client base and strong demand in Melbourne's western suburbs, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Williamstown clinic.
This is a genuine leadership position where you'll spend your week balancing clinical practice with mentoring, supervision and team development.
Your clinical caseload is intentionally light, allowing you to focus on supporting both clients and clinicians.
You’ll have the support you need to focus on leadership and clinical excellence.
