Job summary

Blue Care in Bundaberg is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Under supervision of Senior Allied Health Professionals, you will support delivery of services and the daily operation of the department.

You will provide client care under supervision, assist with care plans, identify needs, help prepare and maintain equipment, provide admin support, and respond to enquiries efficiently within your scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality client care under the clinical supervision of an Allied Health Professional
• Assist in the implementation of client care plans and programmes both individualised and group
• Identify and report client circumstances that require additional input from our Allied Health Professionals
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of equipment and resources required for services & programme delivery, monitor, order and distribute offices supplies
• Provide administrative support as requested
• Address enquiries efficiently and effectively providing accurate information within the scope of the position or coordinating messages and referral to relevant staff.
