Job summary

National 360 in Perth invites final-year Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology students to join the Allied Health Academy this year, with a clear pathway into the 360 GO Graduate Program in 2027.

You'll gain hands-on experience while studying, work from our Perth office about one day per week, and receive a paid placement that supports your development within a supportive team and clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Final year of Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology degree, graduating in 2027.
• Available to start now and work from our Perth office approximately one day per week.
• Keen to gain hands-on industry experience while completing studies.
• Enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• Willing to travel independently for community therapy sessions.
• NDISWC / WWCC (or willing to apply).
• Own a vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced clinicians.
• Support therapy delivery under supervision and mentorship.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Provide administrative support to help the local team operate efficiently.
• Develop clinical resources to enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes.
• Undertake research tasks to support evidence-based practice and service improvement.

About You

• You're in your final year of an Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology degree and set to graduate in 2027.
• You're available to start now and work from our Perth office approximately one day per week.
• You're keen to gain hands-on industry experience while completing your studies.
• You enjoy being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
• You embrace a learning mindset and prioritise continuous development.
• You are equipped to travel independently for community therapy sessions.
• You possess an NDISWC / WWCC (or are willing to apply).
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
