Job summary

Better Rehab in Geelong seeks a Full Time Allied Health Assistant to support our MDT in delivering participant-focused care across clinic, home, and community settings.

You will assist with assessments, prepare spaces, and nurture strong client relationships while enjoying a mentoring pathway, study leave, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance required.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Joining our Geelong team as a Full Time Allied Health Assistant you will assist our Multidisciplinary team (MDT) in supporting our participants across a wide variety of clinical disciplines.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Support our clinicians in conducting meaningful assessments to inform our participants therapy plans.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Prepare our clinic rooms, resources and equipment for our participant sessions.
