And we look after our team the same way.

Being on the road doesn't have to mean being on your own. You'll be backed by a local team that's ready to share ideas, lend a hand, and celebrate the difference you're making every day. Because the kind of work that changes lives deserves a workplace that values yours too.

Here's what you'll enjoy:

  • Training, mentoring, and opportunities to keep learning

  • A thorough induction and buddy shifts to help you settle in

  • Branded workwear

  • Not-for-profit salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year

  • Leave loading to make your time off even sweeter

  • Flexible and hybrid working options where suitable

  • Employee referral rewards because good people know good people

  • Fitness Passport access to gyms and wellness facilities

  • Employee Assistance Program for confidential support when life gets tough

  • QLeave portable long service leave that recognises long-term care work

What you’ll be doing

As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll be part of a team that's helping people stay active, independent, and connected to the life they love.

Working under the guidance of qualified Allied Health professionals, you'll support the delivery of therapy programs in people's homes and community settings. Every day is different, but every day is focused on helping people achieve what's important to them.

Your day might include:

  • Supporting individual treatments and group programs under the guidance of Allied Health professionals

  • Preparing equipment and resources to keep programs running smoothly

  • Assisting with assessments and treatment activities while maintaining accurate records

  • Working within your scope of practice and knowing when to seek guidance from the treating therapist

  • Managing your schedule while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer outcomes

This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity, working Monday to Friday (7.6 hours per day), supporting people across North Lakes and Caboolture areas to stay active, connected, and living the life they love in the place they know best: home.

You’ll thrive in this role if you

  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance and have a genuine passion for helping people live well at home

  • Have a current driver's licence, a reliable insured vehicle, and First Aid and CPR certification (or are willing to obtain them)

  • Build trust through warm, clear communication

  • Feel confident working independently while knowing when to seek support

  • Can balance competing priorities and manage your time effectively

  • Are comfortable using technology and maintaining accurate records

  • Value confidentiality and approach people with respect and cultural awareness

  • Enjoy learning, growing, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the people around them

Belonging Starts Here

We believe real care starts with real belonging. That means creating a workplace where everyone - no matter their background, culture, or story - feels seen, respected, and safe to be themselves.

We welcome applications from First Nations people, the LGBTIQA+ community, people with disabilities, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds. Your story matters here.

"We proudly work across the lands of the Gubbi Gubbi (Gub-bee Gub-bee), Turrbal, Yuggera, Darumbal, Butchulla (Batjala) & Taribelang Bunda peoples, and extend our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. We are committed to creating a culturally safe, inclusive and welcoming workplace for all."
