Job summary

SRG Global Asset Care is seeking a Senior NDT Technician to oversee all NDT activities, ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, standards and our QA/QC systems. This role combines technical leadership, supervision and coordination of NDT personnel on site.

You will liaise with clients, prepare worksheets and reports, review engineering drawings, and support engineering and metallurgy staff while maintaining SRG equipment through regular maintenance and calibration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in NDT
• ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in MT/PT/UT/RT/ET
• Experience in lead/supervisory NDT role
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Experience in QA/QC on industrial projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, documentation and leadership skills

SRG Global Asset Care are seeking a Senior NDT Technician. You will be responsible for overseeing all NDT activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes/standards, and quality management systems. This role combines technical leadership, supervision, and coordination of NDT personnel while ensuring inspection results support overall QA/QC integrity and regulatory compliance.

This full-time position works closely with SRG operational teams onsite, and reports directly to the site supervision and manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safety and efficiency as part of a team.
• Seek and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required.
• Prepare and compile worksheets and reports.
• Carry out NDT and Inspection activities as per standard, company procedures, and written instructions, analysing results against the required acceptance criteria.
• Provide assistance to engineering and metallurgy staff where required.
• Carry out regular maintenance and calibration on all SRG equipment.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant industry experience with experience in Alumina refineries advantageous.
• ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in MT, PT, UT, RT, ET or a combination of
• Proven experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory NDT role
• Strong working knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Experience working within QA/QC systems on industrial projects
• Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
