About this opportunity:

  • Input Sales Orders on time and accurately
  • Manage style, drop and collection updates in AP21
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams on planned product launches, updating and distributing any delivery movements to the wider team via the Style Deck
  • Manage and update seasonal category forward flow boards
  • Attributing seasonal styles in the buy sheet and AP21 where necessary
  • Weekly best seller reporting for trade pack and STD best seller reports
  • Log all store feedback and distribute summary analysis to key stakeholders in the business
  • Assist Assistant Buyer with compiling and placing pre orders
  • Comp shopsand market research
  • Support wider Buying, Merchandise and Planning team with any ad hoc reporting requests
  • Updating buy sheets, buy review files, entry to exit assortment

You will bring:

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and support decision-making.
  • Strong excel skills highly regarded
  • Previous experience in buying, wholesale, or merchandising is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams.
  • A passion for contemporary fashion and strong knowledge of industry trends
  • Accurate and timely reporting and analysis
  • Clear and timely delivery of communication
  • Buying team and critical path deadlines met
