Job summary

Airport Development Group is seeking an Airside Manager responsible for delivering efficient day-to-day airport operations, with a focus on safety, compliance, and high-quality customer service to stakeholders and the public. You will develop and manage processes to improve airfield safety and ensure SLA compliance with airside stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience applying CASA and Australian aviation regulations.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team.
• Understanding of Safety Management principles.
• Ability to take control during emergencies.
• Extensive knowledge of airport and airside operations.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational processes and manage key documents.
• Report incidents, accidents and hazards promptly.
• Oversee daily operations and airside facilities.
• Coordinate training and assessments of officers.
• Respond to Airport Emergency Plan activations.
• Ensure proper permits and safe work in approvals.
• Provide airside support and relief for the Head of Operations.
• Chair safety committee meetings.
