Job summary

Star Aviation is seeking a Ramp Crew member in Australia to support aircraft turnarounds and ground handling services. You will perform duties across baggage handling, aircraft preparation, and ramp operations, ensuring safety and on-time departures.

The role requires you to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and pass all required trainings. The position offers part-time hours, with opportunities to grow through in-house training and exposure to a leading airline services

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in ground handling is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of Star Aviation training and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage and freight under instructions.
• Prepare aircraft for departure and assist with under-wing services.
• Operate ground support equipment (stairs, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Marshalling aircraft and directing movements on ramp.
• Assist cabin cleaning and fleet presentation to maintain standards.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency during operations.
• Support with passenger handling and baggage delivery to conveyors.
• Report hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
