Adelaide Airport is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee landside buildings, infrastructure and services across Adelaide and Parafield sites. Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in facilities maintenance, building services, asset management, engineering or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to write and review JSEAs and SWMSs generated by AAL or contractors.
• Substantial facilities maintenance experience in a live operational environment, including responsibility for building services, infrastructure and customer-facing facilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day maintenance management of landside buildings, infrastructure, precincts and services across Adelaide and Parafield Airport sites.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor planned, preventive and reactive maintenance programs through the CMMS.
• Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental, building, aviation and company requirements, including permits, JSEAs, SWMSs, inspections and corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Asset Engineering Team to monitor asset condition, service reliability and recurring faults.
• Build effective relationships with tenants, customers, contractors and internal stakeholders, communicating works and managing service impacts.
• Scope works, coordinate quotations and procurement, manage contractor performance and ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective delivery.
• Deliver OPEX and CAPEX expenditure, forecast maintenance requirements and control costs.
