Cater Care is seeking a capable, hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our afternoon team at Allpress Espresso, Sydney Domestic Airport. You will manage the 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm shift, supervise service standards and coach staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role is permanent full-time, with two roster options: Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday, and base pay of $29.45 per hour plus weekend and public holiday penalties. RSA is required.

Formación

• RSA certificate required for work location.
• Availability for roster patterns and the 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the afternoon team and coordinate daily tasks, breaks and closing duties.
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Support the team during busy periods and resolve customer concerns.
• Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures.
• Encourage teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol requirements are followed.
• Complete closing checks and provide handover of outstanding issues.
