Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Recent experience in high-volume kitchens or food manufacturing.
• Willingness to complete a 2-hour onsite skills trial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble meals according to flight and dietary requirements.
• Follow recipes and production instructions for quality and consistency.
• Perform manual handling tasks up to 25 kg safely.
• Maintain HACCP and OHS compliance.
• Support and supervise Catering Assistants to uphold service standards.
• Manage production volumes, stock levels, and ingredients.
