Placements24 is seeking a vigilant and experienced Aircraft Quality Inspector to join their operations in Queenstown. This critical role ensures all maintenance and repair work on aircraft meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will inspect, verify documentation, and ensure adherence to airworthiness directives. Responsibilities include audits, identifying non-conformities, and approving or rejecting tasks based on standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Aircraft Quality Inspector or in a related quality control role in aviation.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft manuals, blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft structures, systems, and components during and after maintenance or repair.
• Verify compliance with approved data, manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Identify non-conformities and safety hazards and report them.

Requirements
