Qualifications

• Customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in courier and freight operations across import/export/warehouse/transport.
• Global awareness of time zones and COB/POD milestones.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and pharma import/export rules.

Responsibilities

• Open the story by handling calls professionally and routing messages; monitor shared mailbox.
• Process consignments via email, phone, and Quickonline; route, classify service type and deadlines.
• Arrange temperature-controlled packaging and loggers; monitor alarms via Quick Track.
• Provide status updates and daily reports; follow up on delays and charges.
• Maintain relationships with clients; support Sales and Pricing with quotations.
• Ensure compliance with policies; verify partners follow pricing structures.
• Be flexible to work extra hours and take on additional tasks as needed.
