Job summary

Chilko AIR in South Nowra is seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic at the 3rd or 4th year apprentice level. The role covers residential splits, ducted systems and commercial servicing across the Shoalhaven, with a 4-day week option for better balance.

Work with trusted brands Toshiba, Panasonic and Mitsubishi Electric, backed by mentoring and a genuine long-term role. A fully stocked work vehicle and phone are provided, with local travel only.

Qualifications

• Post-trade experience with splits and ducted systems.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to neat, accurate work.
• Driver's licence and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Install and service residential split systems and ducted units.
• Perform commercial servicing across the Shoalhaven.
• Coordinate with office for proper job comms and scheduling.
• Mentoring and ongoing skill development in a growing team.
