Qualifications

• The Value Architect role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen and benefits realisation to ground AI investments in measurable outcomes.
• You will define the value methodology and ROI standards that underpin Avanade Next's outcome-based commercial model.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and Avanade Next teams to identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities.
• Assess value pools, strategic priorities, operational constraints and feasibility.
• Sequence use cases by value and feasibility.
• Build value hypotheses, business cases and baselines during shaping.
• Translate AI capability into a narrative CFOs, COOs and Boards recognise.
• Set the measurement model before delivery starts.
• Track realised versus projected benefit through delivery.
• Report benefit variance transparently at each gate.
• Recommend stopping, re-scoping or re-prioritising work where value is no longer achievable.
• Work alongside FDEs and Trust Architects throughout delivery.
• Contribute verified outcomes and benchmark data to the APAC value library.
• Support outcome-based and value-based commercial models with defensible numbers.
