Job description

Creation Homes Group is one of Australia’s leading private residential construction and development companies, delivering high-quality house-and-land packages and townhouses across NSW, QLD, SA, and VIC. We are committed to innovation, customer excellence, and driving efficiencies across the business.

We are now embarking on a journey to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and deliver more value to our customers and teams.

The Role

We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead to join us on a 12-month contract and lead the identification and rollout of AI-driven opportunities across the organisation.

This is a newly created role with significant exposure to senior leadership and operational teams across all states. You will be a key driver of our AI strategy—bridging business needs with practical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and guiding the adoption of tools and technologies that deliver measurable outcomes.

Importantly, this role will be based in Sydney and will require regular travel across NSW, QLD, SA and VIC to sit with our General Managers and their leadership teams. You’ll spend time on the ground in each state, listening to challenges, co-designing solutions, and ensuring local teams are engaged in the AI transformation journey.

Experience in property/construction industry preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with state and functional teams to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover AI opportunities.
  • Develop a company-wide AI roadmap, prioritising high-value use cases for pilot and implementation.
  • Assess, select, and implement appropriate AI tools, automation platforms, and vendor solutions.
  • Oversee proof-of-concepts and pilots, ensuring scalability and measurable ROI.
  • Drive change management and staff adoption, including training and upskilling.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership to ensure solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Travel interstate regularly to collaborate directly with General Managers and management teams across all four states.
About You

Proven experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or AI/automation initiatives.

Background in consulting, technology, property, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

Strong ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.

Track record of delivering successful technology-driven projects with tangible outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently interstate to work closely with state leadership teams.

Experience in property/construction industry preferred, but not essential.

What We Offer
  • Opportunity to shape the AI journey of one of Australia’s leading private construction companies.
  • High visibility role with direct impact on company strategy.
  • Competitive salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + super (commensurate with experience).
  • Initial 12-month contract, with potential to extend or transition into a permanent role.
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment that values innovation and results.
  • The chance to work across four states, engaging with leadership teams and making a tangible difference at scale.
