Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Partner to identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled business transformations across APAC. You will embed within business functions, partner with leaders, and drive improvements through AI, process redesign and innovative solutions.

Partner with Content, Go-To-Market, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to accelerate AI adoption, build business cases and roadmaps, and ensure alignment with governance and risk frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled business transformation or consulting initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven capability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across multiple functions to identify AI opportunities.
• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify AI augmentation or redesign opportunities.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and value hypotheses for AI initiatives.
• Drive adoption by collaborating with technology, data, and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance and risk considerations are embedded.
